[Music playing] Speaker 1: My name is brad fauvre and im co-president of VVG. My partner Conan and I founded VVG 21 years with the acquisition of 3 small dealerships here in Southern California. Since then weve grown to over 25 locations and 1600 employees throughout the southwest becoming one of the largest commercial vehicle groups in the country. We can solve any commercial vehicle need from a pick up truck to semi, from equipment financing to full outsourced maintenance, we focus on three principles, Speed, Value & Trust and thats what guides our company. Speaker 2: Velocity Vehicle Group is dedicated to leading the charge and cleaner vehicles. Here at Velocity we have a division called California Fleet Solutions that is dedicated to understanding the current rules and regulations of the multiple air resource boards we operate in. We have two full time trainers to teach our technicians and customers to make sure they stay ahead of the technology curve. We have delivered some of the natural gas vehicles and added multiple charging stations in the West to support our upcoming battery electric technology. We anticipate hundreds of these trucks running around the West soon. Speaker 3: At VVG, we're constantly looking to improve our culture, both internally and externally. We've developed some of the best leaders in the industry. We've groomed them or trained them by investing in their future, I've been given the opportunity to grow with the company as they continue to grow and move along. Speaker 4: I like actually waking up in the morning, i like what i do, the people i work with are kind of like my second family, but i started working out as a new technician and from there it's been gradually working from a D to a C level tech, to B level and now to an A Level master technician. VVG is definitely encouraging, you want people to grow in the company. Speaker 5: I've always had management support and advance my career here at VVG. When i'm able to go that extra step for the customer, to having them leave feeling much better and what comforts is we've helped them out, it's very satisfying for me. Speaker 6: We're not selling trucks, we're not fixing trucks, we're actually part of a community, we're taking care of our employees and their families, we're taking care of our customers and their families. I love driving down the road and saying that one was ours and i know that guy and i know that company and it makes me feel good about what i do. Now weve added fantastic brands like Ford, Autocar, Western Star, Isuzu, Hino, Fuso, and Thomas Built. We've grown nicely over the last 20 years because we take really good care of our customers and we do that by having great employees and great brands.
